Education in Medicine Journal
Dear Colleague,
We are delighted to inform you that since we began publication of the Education in Medicine Journal (EIMJ) in December 2009 more than 1000 people have accessed articles from the journal website.
The EIMJ is an open-access peer-reviewed journal that aims to foster the areas of medical and health profession education. We wish to promote the exchange of ideas and experiences that derive from the different cultures in which the practice of medical and health profession education occurs throughout the world.
The journal does NOT charge contributors for publishing their articles. From submission to publication, it’s free of charge. At the moment, the papers are indexed in the CrossRef, EBSCO (Academic Search Complete) database, IndexCopernicus, Malaysian Abstracting and Indexing System (MyAIS), UDLTheses Database, MedEduWorld, MedEdCentral database, National Library of Malaysia and Google Scholar. All published article will be assigned a DOI. We are working hard to index the journal in other databases.
We are delighted to inform that according to the Google Analytics report (20 Dec 2009 – 15 Feb 2012), the Education in Medicine Journal website was accessed by 97 countries and 519 cities originated from Asia (58.88%), Americas (15.93%), Europe (17.85%), Africa (4.09%) and Oceania (3.25%) continents. We are working hard to ensure articles published in this journal reach the target audience.
We wish to invite you to submit an article to an upcoming issue of EIMJ. The EIMJ is open to original research articles, review articles, short reports as well as letters (Categories of paper at http://saifulbahri.com/eimj/) We would welcome educational research studies carried out for the purposes of Masters or PhD degrees. We would also welcome research article article carried out by UNDERGRADUATE MEDICAL & HEALTH PROFESSION STUDENTS. There is no restriction on the number of words that can be used.
All published papers in the EIMJ (http://saifulbahri.com/eimj/) are freely available online for scholars across the world.
